thatts what i figured anyway. I'm not about to overload my truck. I decided to have it shipped on a tractor trailer anyway. Just as expensive and way less hassle.

i just moved from idaho to new york with my 02 sxt cc 3.9 4x4. With a single axle uhaul that was loaded full. I had two full size dirt bikes, and a snowmachine along with all the furniture and random houshold stuff i could fit. I'm sure it was over 3000 pounds. I'm really lucky the trailer held up. I didn't really have an option though. Around town it pulled fairly well, and it stopped fine. So, we took I 80 90% of the way and for the most part it's pretty straight, and no major hills. Although i must say that going over the rocky mountain pass was a bitch. I was in first gear the entire way up. I was sure proud of the truck, and i'll never do it again i hope. Wind resistence was my biggest problem i think. in no wind i could go 65-70 head wind i was lucky to go 50-55, and tail wind i could go way more then 80 but i never did.
