 Subject: Heater core - 2nd one shot on '01

Hey all, I was wondering if anyone else is having problems with heater cores on newer Dakotas? I have a '02 CC 4x4 with ~41k miles that I bought almost 2 years ago. At 31.5k the heater core went out, I thought no biggie - bad part. But, last weekend while one the vacation the 2nd went out - 375mi from my house! I couldn't get it towed to a dealer, had to borrow a car, and can't get anyone at Chrysler to get my car to me! Honestly, I don't think I should have to spend the 9~11 hours in the car to pick up my truck for a bad ChryCo part. Anyone have the same problems with their Dakotas? And, does anyone have a number to call to complain? I tried the ChryCo 1-800 cust service number and got the rudest service I've ever had. If anyone has a better one, I'd appreciate it! By the way, I live in central Ohio and the truck's in mid-Michigan.
