I live in Sacramento, Ca and am probably gonna get a new Dakota this fall, and by new I mean brand new. I was looking for this package and was wondering if any of you could tell me if its available or have seen something like this:4.7 V8, 4x4, extra cab, 3.92 rear, shifter knob instead of push button 4x4. I am pretty sure I can get one but my other questions are, should I get 4spd O/D or multi-speed auto? Also, what are some packages(i.e. offroad, sport, handling) for the 4x4? Finally, whats the ball park figure I could expect to pay for something like this in N. California?

Andrew, they sadly went away from the lever 4x4 shifter to the dash mounted switch in 2001, but you will be able to get everything else. The multispeed tranny is also a lot better than the 4-speed(I've had both).
