In St.Louis area Certi-Fit 1-800-556-5005.

They list 4 bumper covers for 97-01 -
"without fog lamps, textured finish" - $35.75
"with fog lamps, textured finish" - $34.75
"without fog lamps, smooth, paint to match" 35.75
"with lamps, smooth finish, paint to match" 33.75.

I think these mean with openings for lamps or without, because fog lamps themselves on next page for 58.75 each.

I don't know if they are on the internet or not.

I think they are saying in the catalog you can order the textured (for like SLT packages, gray unpainted) or smooth (for sport to be painted by you or a shop). Then you can get ones with the holes already cut out for fog lights, or without the holes cut out. I think, call and ask. You can get matching paint at Carquest stores or dealer. It should be a fairly easy project to paint it yourself (off the vehicle) and install it if you have 1/2 day or so.

I sent you pics of the catalog, don't think they have an internet site.

I haven't bought from this place, but it is close to where I work and they have parts going out all of the time.

If you go this route, hope it works good for you, prices don't look too bad.
