 Subject: front bumper cover

today I was trying to take the front bumper cover off so I could put in a mess grill insert in the cover. but I can't figure out how to get it off with out takeing the whole bumper off with it. this is on a 01 Dakota. On alot of cars you just have to take the screws out in the fender wells to take the bumper cover off, but I took those out and the cover still would not move. Does anyone know if I will have to remove my whole bumper or can I just take the cover off.

the whole bumper has to come off. the front plastic cover is held on by10 or so screws on the inside lip of the bumper. Easiest way to remove it is by taking off the hwole bumper
