 Subject: Front Bumper Bolts?

Went ahead and installed Westin safari bar this afternoon. Did run into a problem where I could not get all the bolts from the bumper to line up with the inner bumper bracket. The addition of the mount bracket shortened the distance between bumper brackets. I was able to get two of the four bolts in securely and the bumper seems solid.
Anyone have a similar problem? Since the weight of the bumper is resting on top of the bumper bracket, I'm hoping this may be OK. Any thoughts?
