 Subject: ABS Pump Stuck On

I have a 98 slt with four wheel ABS and the other day after towing a fold down camper my ABS pump came on and stayed on. I had to disconnect the fuse under the hood to get it to shut off. I have tried disconnecting the ABS sensors and checked the fuses but when I put the fuse back in under the hood the ABS pump comes on. HELP.
