I was wondering if anyone else has loose steering in their daks? My durango (1998 5.2) has a lot of play in the wheel and ws wondering what it'll take to fix it.

I just got through fighting this same problem with
my 98 dakota 2wd. I don't know if your durango is
the same as mine, but check the intermediate steering
shaft, where the two shafts slide together wears out
with time. Also, I added a steering stabilizer shock.
It pretty much drives straight now and doesn't drift
all over the road anymore.
