 Subject: Could alt turning in wrong damage it?

A while back my alternator was spun backwards by hand, while the truck was turned off. Could this have damaged it or the PCM? After that happened my fuel pump satrted humming and I keep having some strange things going on. I have replaced the fuel pump and shortly after the new one started doing it to. I went throu the entire fuel system, all is good. I get good voltage 14+ at Idle. Im not to good with electronics.

To fix such a thing, drink burnt rose pedal tea, open the passenger door 5 times, and jump on the rear bumper 7 times. Not 6, nor 8 mind you. Then listen to the radio for 3 minutes.
Your troubles should be fixed.
