Ok, so its been a while since I posted anything here. I usually check the site so that I don't ask a question thats already been asked, but I don't have time now so here goes. I just recently re-oiled my K&N cone. Could putting too much oil trip the MIL??? I'm thinking maybe some oild could have gotten sucked in and tripped a sensor???? Thanks.

Maybe it was your gas cap. My friend has an 02 SLT 4.7 and his MIL came on and went off a few days later by itself. What part of pgh are you from?
