 Subject: Something loose under dash

good afternoon. i just purchased a new 03 dakota quad cab. anywayi am starting to have a few problems with it. when i make turns there is something loose that is moving under the dash by the defroster. the defroster is making a loud humming noise at full speed and at speed below full. kinda annoying. also my seat seams loose. when i make turns it feels like its shifting. now also when i back up really slow and use the breaks it makes like a loud humming or squelling noise. i figured this was all like just begginning qurks but i have put 600 miles on the truck and its still happenning. anybody has heard of any of these let me know
