 Subject: Drilling hole in M1 for turtle help?

I finally have everything I need to install my M1
2bbl non egr intake but I have a question
about installing an extra large turtle. My M1
doesnt have the hole below the throttle body
that would be used for the turtle so I need to
drill my own hole. What size hole do I need to
drill and what size tap do I use to tap the
threads? The pipe plug that came with the
turtle is 1/2-14. Would the tap be a 1/2-14?
Sorry if this is a dumb question but I'm not that
fimiliar with taps. Thanks for any help
