I'd probably be able to run mid-high 16's, but I doubt the track would open. And the times wouldn't be representitive of what can be done on most cars.

Are you sure? I launch harder in the Rain. I like to heet my slicks with 50 gallons of water on the launch pad. 3-2-1 GO! I am winding you up, they will not open the gates in the Rain.
