Subject: Graphite metallic colour??
IP: Logged

Message:
The U.S. Dodge site (http://www.4adodge.com) oddly has Graphite Metallic pearl coat as a colour when "building" an '01 Quad Cab (although a big 'X' shows up with 'image not available' showing when selecting it). Could this be a late availability colour?? If it is, then I'd consider it, since my truck hasn't been built yet.

Any ideas on this? Is it just a misprint on the dodge page?

Thanks

I have seen this color on a local Dodge Dealer's Lot. It was at night and under the parking lot lights so conditions were not that great. I only saw it on the Intrepid and Stratus and I think it fit those two cars. I think it would look sharp on some of the Dakotas. I know it would grow on me faster than some of the other colors that are offered.

Well, got the colour changed by the dealer. The order is in 'D' status. However the GM called to find out and the colour change went through, at least from their end. So hopefully it goes through at the plant. I called the Customer service hotline and inquired about this colour (Graphite metallic) and it is indeed available on Dak QC's. It seems like a late availability colour.

Anyhow, guess I'll find out for sure when the truck gets here!

Cheers!
