Subject: Tune-up ques. Plugs,Wires,Cap?

I have 99 RT CC with 75,000 mi. and probably way over due for a tune-up. It's my daily driver and I don't race it at all (except a few stoplights). I figure I should replace the plugs, wires, cap and rotor, and the belts. I change the PCV valve at every oil change (Mobil 1 every 3K). From the posts that I have searched I've concluded that the Autolite 3923's set to .40 are good. I'm unsure about the wires. I would like better than stock but not sure about the size. Taylor's seem to be popular. I would also want them fit like OEM so as not to have to due any mods with looms, etc if possible. The Borg-Warner Cap and rotor seem to be a popular choice as well. Suggested sizes and part no.s for all would be greatly appreciated. If there is anything else that should be taken care of while I'm taking care of the rest please let me know. The only mod I have is a home-brew intake. Thanks for any input.

You did not state your engine size. 4.7 dont like the 3923's I think. Also they are really only good for smoothing out the idle roughness. Performance wise I think they do nothing.

I have run all kinds of plugs in my 3.9 and I have found that the Champion truck plugs are good and the 8 mm truck wires are good to. Like anything everyone will have their speal about what works best. I like Platnum plugs.

Get the Copper cap and rotor from Napa or the Borg Warner.

Never late for a Tee time or wheelin with my buddies! Always ready for both!!!
