Graphite,
LMFAO!!!

I agree with dakkid... get ahold of the Anarchist's cookbook. There's so many things you can do. One is quite interesting if the stupid f'cker leaves his vehicle unlocked. Freeze a bunch of cans of shaving cream, cut the cans away from the solidified blocks of shaving cream and toss the blocks into his vehicle. As they warm up they will expand and when he goes to get into his vehicle, it'll be full of shaving cream. If the vehicle is airtight, when he pops a door open shaving cream will shoot out of the car from the gases being produced when the shaving cream expands.

Shaving Cream Bomb --------EXODUS

-This may not really be what we would consider a bomb, but it is a
helluva great idea to phuck someone over. You will need:

(1)-person you hate who has a car

(1)-container of liquid nitrogen (try a science shop, or Edmund
Scientific, mentioned in several places in this Cookbook)

(6-10)-cans of generic shaving cream

(1)-free afternoon (preferably in FREEZING temperatures outside)

(1-or more)-pairs of pliars, for cutting and peeling

some phriends

Directions:

Find someone who owns a small compact car, and manage to find out
where he keeps it at night (or while he is away!) Be able to open
the car repeatedly.. Place a can in the liquid nitrogen for about 30
sec. Take it out and carefully and QUICKLY peel off the metal
outside container, and you should have a frozen "block" of shaving
cream. (It helps to have more than one container, and more phriends)
Toss it into the car and do the same with all the cans. A dozen or
more "blocks" like this can fill and lightly PRESSURIZE a small
car. When he opens the door (hopefully he doesn't realize the mess
inside due to the foggy windows), he will be covered with lbs of
shaving cream that is a bitch to get out of upholstry.

PS!- Try to get one is his glove compartment!!!!!

Is it really worth firing a firearm in a public place? Board with nails stuck in it in front of the rear tires has the same effect without creating a safety hazzard or putting you in jail on firearms charges. But I digress, I thank god I do not live in whatever backwards inbred hick town it is where some sorry excuse for a cop would encourage a private citizen to take the law into his own hands and vandalize someone else's property in an act of revenge.

The original post is almost 2 years old. I wonder if the kid is still alive? The best personal protection device I ever purchased to carry in a vehicle was a marine flare gun - the kind you carry on a boat. You can pick one up at Wal-Mart or any boat retailer. The pistol is orange, so it can't be mistaken for a real gun, and the loads are in a 12 gauge shell and produce one helluva ball of fire. I've never had to use it, but if I could get a round off through a person's window, the interior would be trashed not only by the flaming sulpher, but the smell would probably never go away. And if a person was close enough, a gut shot would stop them in their tracks. I showed it to a cop once when I got pulled over for speeding. He asked me what was in the orange case in the floorboard, so I showed him. I told him I carry it in my truck when my boat is stored and he didn't have a problem with it. I also carry 4 or 5 palm-sized river rocks under the seat. I have used these before when a drunk was following me home from a bar. I used to play music in some if the less classy joints around here and he thought I was trying to steal his woman or something. We were going down the highway about 50mph when I launched a couple of them out the window. I'm not sure if they got his radiator or windshield, but he quit following me...lol
