Has anyone found extension mirrors that will fit the Dakota's 6x9, power, heated mirrors? I'm looking for the kind that attach to the existing mirrors. I'm towing a 7'-6" wide trailer and the extra visibility would be nice.

I use Universal Towing mirrors on 6x9 power heated mirrors. I tow a 22 ft travel trailer (full width - not a lite) They work surpisingly well. I made a couple of small mods to make make them fit better.
I have not found a custom set that fits the power heated mirrors on my 2001 QC.

Try an RV supply store or Pep boys. I got mine from the RV store,they slip on over the mirrors and hold real good with no shake or vibrations and don't obstruct the regular mirror.

Thanks for the reply. I had seen that style of mirror, but I wasn't sure of how well it fit the larger mirrors on the Dakota. What mods did you have to make to them?
