Quick question:
I am looking at getting a 2003 4wd with bucket seats and the floor shifter for the transfer case. Does the console that comes with the bucket seats give me cupholders? It seems that the ones in the bench seat model will be gone, one to the shifter for the trans and one to the transfercase shifter.

There were some girls in my grade school, that always wanted to hold my cup, after football practice. They didn't mind if my balls were in it either!! They still around in 2003?

I don't know about the 4WD, but I have a 2WD 2003 5 speed with buckets and it does have cupholders. I don't what kind of cup they were designed to hold, they're huge. They're also a bit of a reach, but they are there.

Kevin, are these part of the bucket seats? I know there is a place for them on the floor where the shifter comes out but I need at least one for my daily commute (50 miles each way)... Anyone with 5-speed, manual T-case and buckets?????

One of the cup holders is down beside the shifter boot, probably where the floor shifter for the transfer case is (I've only seen the dash mounted switch). The other cup holder is at the base of the center console. Be warned, if you have a manual trans shifting into second might knock over tall drink containers.

So then only 1 cupholder comes with the bucket seats now. The other 2 disappear with the stick shift and the manual transfer case.... Damn, I may need to get the auto transfer case....

You might be right... I hope you can cause i ordereed on saturday. I guess a turn lever for 4wd wouldn't be that bad of a thing.
