I need a jack for my 98 Dakota 2wd V6 3.9L, along with whatever sort of tool is used to lower the spare. Any help would be great. I've tried the salvage yards around here in GR MI with no luck, hope someone can help me out. Thanks

Ok to anyone besides Jack I really need the device that usually comes with the truck, in case of a flat you always have a way to Lift your truck off the ground to change the tire. Thats what I really need and any real help would be nice

Have you tried a universal scissors jack, from an auto parts, or Wal mart? I think a long screwdriver would get the spare down. Improvise!
