 Subject: Lucas Oil Poor Customer Service

I have sent them 3 emails in the last 3 months and have not recieved a single reply. I asked them if their product was hard on ehite and yellow metals found in bearings and sychros in transmissions and engines. I also asked them if any of their products that were compatiable with ATF that did not have any seal swelling additives in them. Every other oil compay has been really friendly and has always replied in to emails in a week or less. So while some of you may not like Steven AKA AmsoilSponsor I am glad we as a group have him at our site he is always happy to get information for us in general and specificly about Amsoil. I was so disapointed with Lucas Oil i had to share it with the group.
