 Subject: Frame strength

Hi I have a 87 V6 dodge Dakota 2x4 it is a regular cab long box. It is currently stripped down waiting for a rebuild . The frame is going to be sand blasted and repainted. It will also be getting a 451 big block stroker and I was wondering if you guys think I should have the frame reinforced in any way ?? If so where and how??
PS I am looking for mid to low 12 in the 1/4.
