I have a chance to buy a new 46RE transmission from a full size 4x4 Ram. I have a 92 Dakota 4x4, aside from the obvious electronic differences will this bolt up and in, I also just purchased the mating 5.9 engine (3 miles). Can the RH valve body be swapped into the RE case to keep the RH control or is there a stand alone controller for the RE transmission to work with my truck. I primarily use this for towing and 4 wheeling and will be using the MP computer from a 93 Ram. I just cant pass up this package deal but am leary about the transmission differences. Any help???
