Message: I have a 87 Datoka with a crappy 4 banger and a 5 speed, what do have to do to swap it out for a 318? I keep hearing different stories. I have an engine and 4 speed Allison 70 trans out of a 68 1ton truck. I know I will have to swap out the rear end, What else?
