I had a problem getting the black magic to mount on my truck. The top is a very close fit. I had to modify the top bracket some to get it how I wanted it.

I was wondering how you all got it to fit. Or, if you ran into the same problems as me, here's one way to fix it.

Does the fan you are installing take the place of the stock engine-driven fan and the stock electric?

How much was it?

The Dude. Yes, it replaces the stock electric fan. You can retain the clutch fan too if you wish, but the main reason for upgrading to this fan is so you do not have to run it -- unless it's very hot and you're towing/hauling.

The cheapest place I have seen is from Summit Racing for about $180. Right now I am wiring it up and using looms to make it look nice and protect the connections and wires. I am leaving here shortly to go back home to finish it up. I just need to stop by NAPA to pick up some tape for the looms.

I can take pictures if you need me to. I have no idea if I am doing it right. Hopefully I am.

KovzR6, no dissin' MSPaint. :)

I just made my life difficult when I got it all hooked up and the shroud installed and full of coolant. I then remember, I forgot to setup the capilary tube in the radiator. Oops.

It's in though, damn thing.
