Subject: How many miles on your 4.7?

Message:
I have a 2000 with 36k and have had no problems. Has anyone else hit the 100k mark? What is your mileage on your 4.7 and how has it done so far?

Bought my 02 around September 01 and it still has 8300 miles on it. I don't drive long distances. Besides the trees jumping in my way, not any major problems.

2wd 2000 CC with 80k on it. Had dealer change out front rotors at 12k after already turning them 2 times.

Other than that it has been trouble free.

* Oil & filter / Air filter changed every 3000-4000 miles.
* Trans flushed & fluid changed & rear diff. fluid changed every 15k.
* Turned rotors and changed front pads for 1st time at 71k.
. (still on factory rears, haven't turned rear drums yet).
* Spark Plugs not changed until 70k (went with Autolite 3293's).
* 180* thermo changed and IAT relocated at 70k.
