 Subject: 04 SXT 3.7 engine problem

I have an 04 SXT club cab with the 3.7 liter. When you first start it after it has sat for awhile (at least an hour) and take off, there is a loud rattle. It only does it for the first few minutes of driving then it won't do it again until you turn the truck back off and let it sit again. Any suggestions?
