My son's dodge dakota seems to be having the same problem. Did you get this problem fixed and if so, how?

There seems to be a common problem with corrosion of a factory splice that powers the ASD relay (among other crucial components). It's a three-way splice in a wrapped wire bundle under the fuse box. Tearing apart this wire bundle didn't fix my problem - mine wasn't corroded. Search for more on the splice; there are lots of threads on this.

Best of luck,

I had a problem with my truck wanting to shut off abou once a month or so and "no bus" would show up in the odometer and the after a few minutes it would start again, well I found out that the PCM (computer) was going out and the thing is under warranty untill 80,000.
