i have a problem, my wiring is messed up it started with my stereo light bulb, then my interior light, then my signals, then my brake lights and now my instrument panel. I have taken it to a dealership, a local shop, and to family members who look at it and say it will take a long time to go through all the wires to find out which one it is. This problem causes me to have to change my fuses everytime i go on bumpy roads or when it is raining. I can't stand it anymore and i don't have the funds to pay for it to be rewired!!! Someone help me!!

I take it, it's out of warranty? No doubt, you
have a real problem ricecrispy. If not found soon,
you'll have a fire.
Only thing I can think of off hand right now to
look for is a problem Dodge has with their stick
shift Dakotas. The clutch peddle arm rubs wiring
under dash and causes the same sort of problems
you're having.
If your Dakota is stick shift, there has been a
recall on them.
Let me know what you find out.
