Recently my trcuk has been stalling while cruising down the street, all the power stays on but engine dies and the check engine light comes on. I'll try to start it back up. there's times it starts right up and sometimes it takes about 5mins. I have a 98 3.9 v6 at 78000 miles. on another forum they said it would be my fuel pump, but that doesn't sound right. could it be something else. ?br??!---|abreak|---?Thanks ?br??!---|abreak|---?Sal

could be the cataylitic converter, if it busts up, it will eventually block the exhaust. then when it cools back down it'll start up again. I had this issue with an 98 R/T

My '02 QC 4.7L AWD stalls all the time .... decelarating, pulling into parking spaces, going from D to R, or vice versa. Dealership says it's all fine. Thank goodness ... I was really worried for a while there.

The dealership replaced the entire intake manifold with all the sensors. Still stalls. They told me it was designed this way.
