 Subject: Shifting Problems

About a week ago, my check engine light came on and my truck(a 2000 r/t) began not shifting right, it seems to shift very late sometimes, but it seems to shift when it starts revving, and i let out of the throttle and it will shift, but its starting to bug me. I just wanna know whats wrong with it and if anybody out there knows, please help! Thanks

Had the same problem with 98 Dakota Sport. Took it in and they replaced both tranmissions sensors, light went off and started shifting correct. Problem solved.
