 Subject: IP Wiring Harness , Headlights

My headlights blink when the wheel is tilted on my 2000 v6 quad cab. I had a short repaired last year for 160.00 and now that it appears the problem is back, the dealer says I need to replace the entire IP wiring harness for 2000.00.

I smell something rotten at the meat market. Any ideas, advice. Thanks
