The arrow tells you to which side of the truck to look on when you drive away from the pump with the friggin gas nozzle still attached to the truck, you moron!

I was surprised to see the arrow too. I assumed also that it pointed to side with the filler door. With so many different models it sure fouls things up at the pump with some cars having to face the "wrong way".
Too bad some folks are so full of themselves that they can't give a decent response to an honest question.

That wasn`t an honest question , it was a stupid question...if someone can`t figure out what the fu#&ing arrow is they shouldn`t be allowed on the street with a 4500 # veh.!!!
