i have leather seats in my 2002 QC and the stiching came up and ripped the leather . My question is that if it is warrenty since it is little over a year old???

Since it is so new have you tried looking up in your manual? or I remember getting paperwork when I bought my truck new from the dealer that had to do with the warranty. Some cosmetic things I don't think are covered, so good luck

i took it to the dealer and they said they will replace it since it's under warrenty, WOOHOO.
