Message: I have a 99 Dakota R/T. When i start my truck, all of the lights in the dash flash on and off like every car does. But i noticed my seat belt light flashes on and off also. The bad thing is the seat belt light wont turn on when i'm not wearing my seat belt, its always off. Does this happen to everyone else?
