The transmission in my 01 c.c has crapped out. The dealership had to order an overhaul kit from Chrysler tech line. This seems to be a problem with another c.c owner that I had come in contact with. Look for reverse going bye bye, and a bad slip from 1st to 2nd. If there are any signs of these two problems, just have your local dealership order the overhaul kit now. I had to wait almost 2 weeks for my truck to be done.Hope this helps.
