 Subject: A/C AND Radio fuse blow

Can anyone help me figure out why my A/C and Radio fuse blow out when I start up my 92 Dakota? I have replaced fuses and relay switches and it still blows fuses on both accessories when I start the truck. Any suggestions on how to fix this problem?
