I have noticed that when the engine is running and the cooling fan is spinning (the one most visible) it has a wabble to it. It is about a quarter to a half inch wabble. Is this normal. Haven't noticed it before. Also there is a little whine. One more thing, when I take left turns (only) I get a popping noise. Then when in the process of turning there is a light clunk. Does anybody know what this is? My truck is an 02 dak cc slt+ v6 4x2 with only 1760 miles. Please help

I have an 02 QC 4.7l / Auto and had the same problems. The ultimate fix was to replace the upper control arm / ball joint and the bump stop. I still hear a little pop every now and again, but it's not a "pop on demand" problem like it was before. Good Luck!

Check your shock bolts too. Although it's not happened to me, I've heard several people say that they've loosened up. Also, next time you need to replace your upper BJ's, don't replace the whole control arm. There are non-DC greasable joints you can replace them with without doing the entire arm. Lots of threads on this site about doing it.
