 Subject: whats a code 12 and 27?

I have a 92 V6 Dakota and I pulled a code 12 and 27. My check engine light came on when I was driving. Also the truck was hesitating like it was running out of gas. I would step on the gas and it would stummble like it was out of gas. What could be the problem? I need help.
