If I get an aftermarket Video screen and a DVD player in my truck, how exaclty do you get the sound wired into the speakers? and is this possible with a stock head unit?

Yes it is possible. All you need is an RF unit. It is an option for most DVD players on the market. You connect it to the DVD player, select a radio station to use, and mount the switch (you will need to turn this off to get a good signal with your tuner).
