 Subject: questions on planned stereo system

the plan
pioneer deh-p8400mp head unit
fosgate 5.25 components in the front (already own them) and some fosgate 6.5" 2 ways in the rear driven by a clarion or hifonics zeus 4400 4 channel amp (not sure which one yet)
1 kicker 8" L5 mounted behind center console driven by orion t-300 amp (i have had amp for 5 or 6 years and am attached to it)
amps may be mounted either under front seats or behind rear seats like

does this sound alright? which amps are better clarion or hifonics?
is it easier to remove front or rear seats (no power seats)

woops... should i go with 2 ohm or 4 ohm with the t300 i had it bridged on a 4 ohm speaker with no problems. i cannot find the specs anywhere for it
