 Subject: blown Fact, Help

I blew my left fact infinety door speaker, not the Tweeter. Can I 1. just replace the 6.5 and hook them up to the cros over and have the tweeter and then the new wolfers. Or 2. does some one have an old one thet the took out. I dont want to spend lots of money Please Help!

There is probably not a crossover on the woofers, if there is one it will be a small capacitor inline with the speaker. Just hook it up to the existing wire.

I blew my left speaker on my 2000 Dak. I just went down to Cicuit City bought a pair of Infinity 6 1/2 and replaced the front speakers. Check around at some of your local car audio places and check for the plug adaptor, otherwise u can just splice into the existing wires. there are no amps or crossovers directly connected. the wires to the speakers are from the crossover. changing speakers will not effect the fact tweeters up top. everything will work, and trust me if u get a good speaker, it will sound 10 times better.
