I've got 95 RC and used to have a JL 12W0. Until I blew it, now I have an Xplod 12. I know it's not that great but it makes the mirrors shake.
Let us know if you ever get it metered.

How did you get the 12 in a RC? If you got any pics that would be great. I am looking for a system for my RC, but don't know how much I can fit... is it like a normal truck box?

I got the box from Custom Sounds. It's a regular truck box, but the thing is that the box was shorter than the 10" box, so the seat reclines more, the seat is about an 1 inch in front of the bench console.

i had 10's in my RC and it was a tight fit couldnt even move my seat all the way back.......now they are in the bed with an actual box and they will hit now......those small boxes arent worth a $hit.

not true!!!! I got a set of 12" Orion N/T to fit behind my seats and they sound pretty good. Nothing like a bandpass...... but good enough for such a small cab! The baskets are soo shallow that I got a perfect recline on the seats. They'er almost the same watts as a JL w3 with a 3c' box.
It all depends on what you put behind your seats.

Yeah, I've got a regular truck box in mine. It's just the right size. I have the seat as far back as I want it ( 6'00" and a 5 Speed ).

Kind of like this! I tested it yesterday and I'm hitting 143.7 and the boxed is tuned at 51 htz. not too shabby for a RC

too much lost seat space, plus i am 6'4 so i gotta have room on the driver's side. but nice box..

shoot just stick a 15 on the passenger side and cram them against the dash and rattle their brains out haha
i got an extended cab yet i have a tiny box, i need a bigger one but i'm saving for a hard tonneau cover, not easy with only working 20 hrs a week

i have an 88 dak r.c. and i bought the mtx 8s in the wedge style boxes with the horns on the top.when i hook them up to my soudstream rubicon 300, they hit about as hard as u can get for 8 inch subs
