 Subject: Under Dash Wiring

HELP!!! I need advise please.
Mechanic repaired fuel pump which is in the gas
tank. When I got it back lots of wires
dangling from under the dash.
Now I don't have any interior lights at all, no
dash lights, no radio, no cd exchange, no fan
on A/C, Fuel gauge or mileage indicator or trip
odometer not working, auto alarm not working.
Location: Houston, Texas

1994 Dodge Dakota Sport
Questions:
Which type of shop do I take this problem to be
resolved correctly? (no sloppy work acceptable)
How can I tell the shop is reputable?
How much might I expect to be charged if
complete rewiring under dash is required?
What to do?
