what amp would be best for my infinity refrence speakers. they are only 150 max but i still want an amp that i will connect to a sub and the speakers

I like the JL Audio slash series amplifiers. I use a JL 300/4 in my system. These amps are very reliable and well built, and have plenty of power with a good clean output. The 4-channel amps have the capability to drive your Infinity speakers and your sub.
The JL amps are my own personal preference. For the money they are really good amplifiers. But there are so many manufacturers and different choices, you will likely get a lot of different opinions. Shop around at some good car audio stores and let your ears and budget be your judge.
