 Subject: new system help

I have a 02 club cab dakota and i am wanting to improve my system.i want to replace all speakers(one on each door and the ones in the back). what sizes are these and what is a good yet chep speaker.i was thinkin of the pioneeer 3way. and as for a sub goes.what are you recomendations and amp.remember i am not looking for a head punding sub and amp.just want one to add more bass.
