just got a 2001 qcab 4x4 needs tunes badly. has cheap tape player now whats the best sound i can get with out putting in a amp but still want some thump and with out crowding up the back. o ya have 4 year old who will stomp on any thing in the back of the cab

MTX makes a preformed box to fit under the rear seat. This box will contain 2 12" subs and is amplified I beleive. I've just bought a pair of kicker I6.2 for the front doors in my club cab, and they sound great. The box may not even have an amp, but it will drop in place.
