I was looking at the kicker s18x sub but kinda turned away. I am now thinking about going with something different that i haven't tried yet like the orion 15" h2 or the power acoustik mofo 15". I have 4 15" in my dakota now and i want to go with 2 15" so i can get ported boxes. I really wanted something that could withstand (4)1500 memphis d's.I i would like to get subs that would hit 155 plus db's.

15" Adire Brahma (mkII or extreams)
15" Adire Timult (only if you dont think the brahma series is brutal enough...which would be crazy)
15" Acended Audio Avalanche (little more spl , little less sq than brahmas)
15" RE XXX (another damn good sub, never heard in person but from what I hear ALMOST as good as a brahma)

Adire Timult is the mean machine though, if you want madness-SPL with SQ, get that.

Stay far away from any "big names" like JL or Kicker, you pay for the name while you could get subs hell-of-alot better for a fraction of the price.
