i have a question. pretty obvious huh.
When it comes to the sound signaling which is more important the amp or the head unit. I mean I would think it is the head unit since it sends the signals to the amp, so i might as well invest more money on a better head unit than an amp. RIGHT??

well, if you amplify a clean signal w/ a dirty amp you'll just get a louder dirty signal. take some time and listen to as many different systems as you can. determine what you like best about each. ie- this ones loud but not clear, too much bass, too much highs. 3 factors i would use:
what can i afford?
the clarity/realism of the sound?
will it fit without major surgery?
