Hey Keith,
I replaced mine with Infinity Reference 6000cs for the front and 6002i in the rear doors of my quad cab they cost about 160.00 and 89.00 respectively. they sound great but you exsisting infinity speakers are probably 2 Ohm speakers instead of typical 4 Ohm ones you'll find in the aftermarket. so this means that if you just replace the speakers they will not be as loud as the original ones. Unfourtunatly nfinity does not sell 2 Ohm speakers to the aftermarket. You can always just try the new speakers and determine if you like how they sound with the exsisting Head unit and amp. Chances are you may not like the sound and then you will have to replace the Head unit and bypass the infinity amp that came with your truck (jumper the speaker wires going into the amp with the ones coming out of the amp).
I ended up replacing my head unit with the Sony cdx-5700 which plays mp3s ( i love it)180.00

hope this helped.

I replaced my speakers with aftermarket Infinity Kappa series speakers. Got mine off ebay for about what Carv paid for his. They were slightly quieter..but not very noticable. You could always keep the stock Headunit if you liked it and add an aftermarket amp in place of the factory one. Just get an amp that has speaker-level, or High-level inputs. Thats if you really like your factory HU..but an aftermarket HU is much better quality and sound.
