 Subject: What size speakers?

I'm looking to replace my factory speakers in my 2001 Dakota Club Cab. But my question is what speakers fit in the front and rear? I just have the four speaker base system. I looked in crutchfieldand they say 6.75", but i have also read that it 6.5". That leads me to another question does it matter with that small of a size difference, will 6.5" fit in 6.75" and vise versa? Thanks all

i used the infinity reference 6.5 for the front, i was able to do the install withou any fabrication just a little ingenuity.

The stock speakers are oversized 6.5", so they are, in fact, 6.75" speakers--just to answer that part of your question.
